Dear HLS Team,
First of all thank you for allowing users to access the HLS (Harmonized Landsat Sentinel-2) satellite imagery and for your work.
I'm trying to access HLS data programmatically for the province of Alberta in Canada and specifically for the date range from 2025-06-01 to 2025-06-17.
However I don't receive HLS products for a large area in the middle of the Province.
In total for the specified date range I receive 100 products.
I used the bounding boxes of these products to visualize the covered area of the Province (the attached image shows the data availability - "june_2025.png")
Is there any explanation why the HLS products are not available? I tried the same with
https://search.earthdata.nasa.gov/search
and received similar results (see the other 2 attached images for the available Landsat and Sentinel-2 using the Earthdata search).

Hello @lampros_earthdata We recently had an unplanned outage during this time: https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/data/alerts-outages/lp-daac-unplanned-data-outage-06-10-2025-resolved we are working with the HLS team to be able to provide the HLS data acquired during the outage soon. I will post an update here when the data are available again.
