Hi, sir, I have order the MODIS data, like several days data in 2023 of MOD35 across the Ilorin (Lon: 4.6745, Lat: 8.4841), IER_Cinzana (Lon: -5.933867, Lat:13.278433), and so on, the order is :502374684/ 502374680 or But when I download the data, the website will turn to error.

Could you please help me resolve it or notify me what is problem.

@zxc_manchester, You cannot download these orders because seems like you have canceled both of these orders:

I ran the following wget command with EDL token and was able to download one of your order without any problem. You should be able to download your order using your EDL token with the following wget command:
wget -e robots=off -m -np -R .html,.tmp -nH --cut-dirs=3 "https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/archive/orders/502375071/" --header "Authorization: Bearer INSERT_EDL_TOKEN_HERE" -P .
The command ran as:
