Hi, Sir, I have order some data (eg. 502378084, 502378085,.....), But now there is a situation where it cannot be downloaded by weget again. what is problem that, could you help me resolve it.

You have 19 active orders that can be downloaded. You mentioned you cannot download your orders what is the issue?
We tried one of your order with our EDL token and were able to download without any issue, see:
wget command:

Add you EDL token and run as:
