Hi everyone,
Does anyone know how and where to get historical-to-present monthly LST? Does MODIS data provide that or NOAA only?

We do have several monthly LST products available. The farthest back we have is spring of 2000. These are mostly MODIS CMG products and are course resolution (5600 meter pixel resolution). Following is a list of products: MOD11B3, MOD11C3, MOD21C3, MYD11B3, MYD11C3, MYD21C3, VJ121C3, VNP21C3

Hi, are these products also available at APPEARS?

Hey @anibalgusso If you go to the DOI links it will take you to the landing page for each dataset. From there click on the blue "Data Access" button, located in the right middle of your screen, to see the list of tools you can use to access the data. Currently we do not have any monthly LST data in AppEEARS however, if you'd like the AppEEARS team to consider adding these data in the future please comment in this post to let us know and we can pass your feedback along to the AppEEARS team. Alternatively, after logging in on the AppEEARS website, you can use the top right "Leave Feedback" button, it looks like two speaking bubbles, in AppEEARS to let them know directly. @anibalgusso If you are open to other temporal resolutions, AppEEARS offers both Daily and 8-Day LST data. One trick is to type in "lst" into the "Select the layers to include in the sample" box to see the other LST data that are available.

Hi Danielle. Yes! I would be very glad of getting these data on APPEARS because, for my purpose, the data provided in there is reliable and very time saving. Since APPEARS came up, it became my main data source.
The other time resolution implies to a lot of machine processing and does not fit to the research purpose and applications I working on right now, so monthly LST data is better fit to.
