I am trying to download temporal Global Flood Product data (MODIS-based) for Pakistan and India from 2021 onward. However, Earthdata currently seems to only provide access to the most recent 7-10 days of flood maps.

Is there a way to access archived/historical MODIS Global Flood Products, specifically for these countries and this time range?

Any guidance on where to find this data or how to query it programmatically (if possible) would be greatly appreciated.

The flood product is only available as a NRT (near real-time) product, which unfortunately are not archived. However, the flood team has been saving these products internally, and has a limited ability to make them available to users; please submit a request at the Earthdata support site for what you need: https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/contact, and we will try to make the requested files available.
