Downlaoding SAGE files with a "10" suffix

What application will download SAGE files with a "10" suffix? ("""""".10)
Thank you for reaching out to the ASDC with questions about SAGE data. I had to request help from one of our developers and here is his response:
I was able to download files with the .10 extension, such as the ones found at the site below, using Edge and Chrome browsers:
https://asdc.larc.nasa.gov/data/SAGE_II ... 017.06.01/
Additionally, you can use the tools in the scripting guide that can be found by clicking the button in the top right corner.
