AppEEARS Request Taking Too Long and Failing

Hello,
From this morning, I’ve been trying to download LAI, NDVI, and EVI data from AppEEARS for Turkey, but the requests are taking hours to process and eventually fail. My latest request has been stuck in the “progress” status for hours without moving forward. In the past, same requests used to finish in about 5 minutes.
Here are the details of my request:
Projection: Geographic
Start Date: 08-14-2025
End Date: 09-03-2025
Spatial: Turkey boundaries
Layers:
500_m_16_days_NDVI (VNP13A1.002)
500_m_16_days_EVI (VNP13A1.002)
LAI (VNP15A2H.002)
Type: Area
Is there an issue with the system or something wrong with my request?
