SeaDAS 6.2 - Update 02a

Dear SeaDAS Community,
This is to announce the release of an update to the second update to SeaDAS version 6.2
There was an issue in the update_02 release that affected the load/display of L3 bin files
within SeaDAS. This update (update_02a) corrects that problem.
