The building was further more remodelled, however without changing the structure stemmed from the before operations, to host the [[municipio|sede municipale]], whose opening took place on the 17th of december in 1978. During the [[Intervento_edilizio#Intervento_di_ristrutturazione_edilizia|renovation]], the [[:en:Portico|orignial three-arcades portico]] was rebuilt with beautiful granite [[:en:Pillar|pillars]].

The remodelling works have erased almost of the whole [[:en:Fresco|fresco]]'s decorations on the [[:en:Facade|facade]]. On the backside we could glimpse a monochrome representation of [[cariatidi|cariatidis]] that seem supporting the [[:en:Balcony|balconys]], which actually are a twentieth-century addition.
