Ca secca, as it was once called to emphasize the arid nature of the surrounding land, is located in the north-west of Brugherio, lapped by the irrigation ditch Manganella. It was property of the friars of the Passion of Milan, (who built a church dedicated to St. Magdalene), until the end of 1700,and then it was moved to Pecchio Ghiringhelli's family. È stata proprietà dei frati della Passione di Milano (che vi hanno costruito una chiesetta intitolata a Santa Maddalena) fino alla fine del [[XVIII secolo|1700]], poi è passata ai Pecchio Ghiringhelli. In tempi recenti ha ospitato la sede del centro sportivo "La mongolfiera" della GIVIDI<ref name="mancini" />, ma nel 2013 risultava ormai chiusa.<ref>{{cite book | | |title= Piano di governo del territorio.
