Il MLS Supporters' Shield è il trofeo assegnato alla miglior squadra di Major League Soccer che ottiene il maggior numero di punti durante la regular season, senza distinzione di Conference.
Esso dà diritto ad avere sempre il fattore-campo a proprio vantaggio durante i play-off, ma soprattutto dà diritto a partecipare alla CONCACAF Champions' Cup come 2ª squadra (la 1ª è la squadra vincitrice della MLS Cup)
