Web Console no longer shows performance views

I recently upgraded to SCOM 2022 UR2 (from SCOM 2019 UR4) and just noticed that when I try to right click on an alert or an object in the WEB console and try to launch perfomance view nothing happens.

I've applied the the 'fix' from Kevin Holman - https://kevinholman.com/2023/11/21/ur2-for-scom-2022-step-by-step/ but it's still not working.

    Hello, I have the same problem on Windows Server 2022 with SCOM 2022 UR2, all performance views no longer show any data. It does not matter whether it is a separate Performance View or is opened for an individual object

    Can you please explain the solution with the permissions on the IIS App Pool in more detail.PXL_20241022_113525235
