Initially there was some hesitation to appoint all of the nominees at the same time, (also so that the re-election process for all the admin would not need to take place at the same time), which is the only reasons for the delay. I did not notice the specific mention of an issue with this in the [[MVR]], so it was decided to appoint the nominees on a kind of rolling basis. Kindly advise if we should restart the appointment process for the these two nominees at this time. Will keep this in mind for the long-term and future admin requests.
