Trivia:

ADV Films paid $65,000 to license the series in 2007. 

The castle and tower prison that appears in episode 3 is taken from Miyazaki's "Castle of Cagliostro". The scene where Yoshikawa gives Mamiya a flower attached to a string of miniature flags is also taken from "Castle of Cagliostro", where Lupin presents a flower to Clarisse. 

In episode 3, Yuri is dressed as Princess Leia from Star Wars, episode IV. Notice the double-bun hairdo and plain white outfit. 

In episode 7, right after the break looks a scene from General Hospital. 

In episode 8, Fuyuno Yoshikawa that she is playing the shape of the game system Nintendo DS 

Shinichi/Jimmy and Ran from Meitantei Conan/Case Closed makes a cameo apperance in episode 11.
