"Hi Performance" or "High Performance"?
editThe HP manual I just added as a reference referes to HFS as the "High Performance File System" rather than the "Hi Performance File System", and, while a Google search for "high performance file system" "hp-ux" finds "About 5,840 results", a search for "hi performance file system" "hp-ux" finds "About 7 results", some of which are either from the (French) Wikipedia or from what appear to be Wikipedia copies/mirrors.
What citations are there that "Hi Performance File System" is an official name rather than a name some people gave it? Guy Harris (talk) 23:51, 25 February 2023 (UTC)
