I have looked at the former article on villein: this seems to have contained considerable material that has not adequately been merged inot the presetn article and is accoprding now effectively lost. The redirect from the former article was incorrectly written and I ahve corrected that, but I am not at all convinced tha the merge was done properly. Peterkingiron 09:11, 22 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thank you very much for helping me correct my attempted merge done over the weekend. I am a college student doing a project for my Hist 412-Transformation of Medieval Europe. This is my first time editing articles on Wikepedia and obviously I am not very good. This merge was recommended by the Wikepedia website. While evaluating the original article titled, Villein, I discovered not only many grammatical errors, but there was a huge amount of redundant information. Placing it as a subcatagory in Serfdom did not seem like a crime to me, but if you wish to undo my work, than be my guest. That is the point of Wikepedia after all. Also, from reading your information, I have gathered that you are a very learned individual. If you have any suggestions to help me improve the article, please let me know. Thank you soo much.
