If they do, it looks like you could order scans of the two articles for GBP 10.00 ([https://www.railwaymuseum.org.uk/sites/default/files/2018-04/Photocopy-Order-Form-2018-new.pdf order form]). Depending on the generosity of your library, that might turn out to be substantially cheaper than an interlibrary loan from abroad. Just mentioning it because it strikes me as a pretty low price compared to what most institutions/national libraries charge for that service. But then again, maybe they don't have the volume at all.
