Allowing his comments to stay is unfair to everybody else who actually did something useful for the project. Mohsen Sharifi's contribution was to rename DIPC 2.1 as C-Sharifi (notice the name? He likes to posespossess things) and try to sell it. This is of course illegal because DIPC is GPL code.
