The subject does not meet [[WP:GNG]]. Judging by a [https://www.google.com/search?q=retroscripting%20site:news.google.com/newspapers&source=newspapers&gws_rd=ssl Google News archive search], the term has only been used by the creators of ''[[Home Movies (TV series)|Home Movies]]'' in reference to that show.
