Continued disruption from this vandal

Vandalism on [[John Brooke-Little]] (by [[User:Halloderek|Halloderek]]) and [[Sonnenbühl]] (by [[User:3 hours of gta|3 hours of gta]] and [[User:Chickity Check Yoself|Chickity Check Yoself]]). The other accounts have not been blocked, but [[User:Dzoo|Dzoo]] (the "[[Dz]]" in the username is one character) was created by Halloderek. [[User:Haroo Cockatoo|Haroo Cockatoo]] and [[User:It's Probably Dead Now.|It's Probably Dead Now.]] were created at the same time as [[User:3 hours of gta|3 hours of gta]] and [[User:Chickity Check Yoself|Chickity Check Yoself]] and both have used [[:Image:Australian_Shepherd_puppy_red_merle.jpg]] which Hiderek1 uses for vandalism. [[User:Sonnenbuhlians Unite|Sonnenbuhlians Unite]] has also used the same image and is almost admitting to being a sockpuppet in [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Slovak_Wikipedians%27_notice_board&diff=prev&oldid=217724671 this edit]. --[[User:Snigbrook|Snigbrook]] [[User talk:Snigbrook|^{<span style="color:red">(</span><span style="color:green">talk</span><span style="color:red">)</span>}]] 05:37, 25 September 2008 (UTC)

The primary set of IPs (note plural) here is from a school or school district. Behavior also suggests youth are involved. Consequently, the IPs are shared by multiple users so whether these accounts are meats or socks can be tricky to determine due to the sharing of computers. So I would be wary of blocking a set of school IPs here. I suggest [[WP:DUCK]] be applied here.
