The [[User:Hackman2]] [[User:Hackman3]] and [[User:Hackman199]] engaged in repeated vandalism to [[Rocket]] (see: [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Rocket&action=history history]) with [[User:Hackman4]] [[User:Hackman5]] which may be sleepers and appear to be the same underlying IP. I would like the IP to be blocked, as we don't know whether other accounts exist as well. ::I spoke with another CheckUser about this case off wiki recently, and came to find that each and every account this guy uses are all from different IP's so, from what I gather an IP block will really not do much here. Though, there may be a specific range..
