This doesn't really feel necessary. All the regions have their own standalone subcats with 60+ articles, so what needs tidying up? It's only 16, not as if we're dealing with hundreds of them; all the results appear on one page. There is no other NZ stub cat that I can see which splits them into north/south island. While {{cl\|Bridge (structure) stubs}} isn't oversized, some of the continent-level categories are, and where no such stub tag exists, these stubs have 3 stub tags on them.
