Container categories, fine, but as things stand there are only two stubs which would take a NorthIsland-geo-stub and none which would take a SouthIsland-geo-stub. This doesn't really feel necessary. All the regions have their own standalone subcats with 60+ articles, so what needs tidying up? It's only 16, not as if we're dealing with hundreds of them; all the results appear on one page. There is no other NZ stub cat that I can see which splits them into north/south island. Feels like a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. While {{cl\|Bridge (structure) stubs}} isn't oversized, some of the continent-level categories are, and where no such stub tag exists, these stubs have 3 stub tags on them.
