:::I used the "color to target" tool in PSP7. It attempts to shift the hue of an area to the hue of another area. Using the areas between the green stripes as target colors, I brushed the green stripes. It's not perfect, but it's an improvement. BTW, I like what you did to smooth out the noise in this image (though, truth be told, maybe a little too smooth for my tastes). Maybe you'd like to take a shot at the image of the two Polish scouts above (Arrowpl.jpg)? It appears to contain similar noise.
