Greier has been banned since December 2006. Rezistenta (originally Adrianzax) was created in November 2007. Greier, who has some weird obsession of adding {{[[Template:historomania|historomania]]}} to the [[Vlachs]] article, is currently blocked for 3RR because of that. Today, Vlachul, with only 2 edits, comes out of nowhere and adds the tepmlate back, the exact same behavior as Greier.
