Could we make a new page for vendors that use WEI as an indication of system requirements and use that as citation?

The list would have to include manufacture, product and a source of info for that product (i.e. Manufacturer's product page)

The article mentioned that the command-line version of WinSAT still exists in Windows 8.1 but nothing about the API, is it still there?
