So I thought my original reference to Integer Linear Programming was more appropriate, because Hilbert bases are so specific to integer programming, but currently there is no article for Integer Linear programming specifically, so this is also fine. Some definitions apparently omit "minimality" in Hilbert basis definition.

So I thought my original reference to Integer Linear Programming was more appropriate, because Hilbert bases are so specific to integer programming, but currently there is no article for Integer Linear programming specifically, so this is also fine.
