:I don't think it's odd to go to a subsection of another article, we often do it for articles that aren't independantly notable, in this case I'm not seeing evidence of this flavor of JavaScript having enough [[WP:GNG|significant coverage in reliable secondary sources]] for this to be a standalone article.
