==Bad example picture?==
Some of the items in [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Elements_of_an_Event-driven_Process_Chain.svg this picture] don't seem to match up with the descriptions on the main "Elements of an event-driven process chain" section. For example, what is a "support system" and why is organizational unit item in the picture not "an ellipse with a vertical line"?
