It’s my privilege to convey my message for entire Mising people on this glorious day and specious occasion of the ‘RISING DAY’ of Misingland National Liberation Army which is also widely known ‘Misingland Army,,, yet this moment I can’t make broad statement while trying hard though I am blustering emotionally……..
My dear fellows and people,
‘No natural beauty of this universe can compare with the cultural and emotional beauties of the Mising nation’ that can deeply touches every section of human being, and that I can say no more except. Here I extended my gratitude and thanksgiving to almighty that created us and given the beautiful name that is ‘MISING’ and also I want to give my heartiest greetings and wishes towards my fellow Mising Tani people as we are being MISING TANI.
Today in this glorious day, the celebration of ‘RISING DAY’ of the Misingland National Liberation Army (widely known Misingland Army) [16, Nov], once again I would like to stress my gratitude to all the people of our native community who have unfailingly shown us their warmest love and affection since we established the Misingland National Liberation Army.
I would also like to say something else, unrelated to the theme of this toast. Although my significance means I can’t be spokes people in such a noble cause that we believe. Hence I feel this is too time being necessary political urge for Mising society more firmly than ever, that Mising society is like a scene from a modern drama, you cannot say that it’s lacking of beauty, but it is a beauty without grace, imposing and glacial. As you come close to the whole landscape seems to concentrate, giving a feeling of suffocation across Mising society.
There was a moment when, notoriety infectious politics and mangy politicians have not influenced their ideas among entire Mising people; there was peace, integrity and joy, which was authentic oasis in the community that richly deserves. And that what a Mising society is a wonderful creation of almighty and they have richest cultural heritage among the other. On the contrary, now their identity is defenseless, cultural and demographic attacks of giant communities are seen quite prevalent. Mising politics is prematurely aged in the recent political battle with the elements, their wrinkles that do not correspond to their real political destiny. The life of poor that they have been fighting even dies with the nature to defense its treasure, when all they want is to earn daily bread. Mising community is great treasure of culture with potentials, have huge collective population which has scheduled second largest tribal ethnic group of Assam, (INDIA). The unique formation of national structure differing and different from other and which has a beautiful solid social structure.
Here I laid the Ideological strategy of Misingland national Liberation Army, the arm wing of Liberal Democratic Council of Misingland; “We are proletarian soldier; we are waging a war of liberation movement of the oppressive people. The liberal democratic proletarian soldier support annexation of war against exploitation, war against the coercive authority, against the corrupted official and various innumerable burglarious political parties and leaders”.
Following are few ideological strategies of Misingland National Liberation Army;
1) We the Misingland Army do mobile the working people of our native community for the struggle against the predatory policies of the bourgeoisie.
2) We reveal the cause of delusion; expose the secret of the corrupted bourgeoisies.
3) We support people’s revolutionary struggle and that of the oppressed peoples for liberation from exploitation, for national independence and social progress.
4) We strongly oppose the barbarous act of government or ruling authority and support the noble struggle of the oppressed people and their just liberation movement against perpetration of Timocracy, oligarchy and tyrant rule.
5) We decisively support the mass movement (people’s just movement) in their heroic struggle against criminal intrusion of corrupted bourgeoisie. Etc…..
These are neither political dialogue nor even political speech and political lecture; these are the voice of the Liberal Democratic Council of Misingland, LDCM and its arm wing Misingland national Liberation Army. And these are neither the last word nor the final statement; it is the beginning of the ‘Mising nationalism’. We have ideology and ideas that about how society does and should work. Ideology is always linked to power so we have resorted military power to implement our ideas and our ideology provide us intellectual map of the social world.
Mising political system (so-called) is a form of anarchism which tends to chaos, emancipations and mystification. In everyday language, anarchism implies chaos and disorder. The political ideology of Mising so-called party politics is evil and unnecessary therefore they look to creation of stateless society through the abolition of moral law and principles. The mangy dogs (verminous Mising leaders) practices both kind of ideas Marxism and bourgeoisie ideas; Marxism for others and bourgeoisie or capitalism for themselves. Those who are always speaks of Socialism, Marxism, Communism, equality, equal distribution of resources, demolition of private property etc, and thus they got inside of the proletarian Mising society. Using of Marxism upon ignorant masses and themselves for practices capitalism idea, now they themselves have build wall of private property, become wealthier, money lender or capitalist, billionaire on the other hands million of Mising people are being still under poverty. The Mising Marxist leaders (ranuj and his team called themselves Marxist, at a time) in returns of investment of Marxism among the people, now they are capitalist amongst the Mising people and they are surviving not through their economic power alone, but also through a process of ‘ideological hegemony’.
Mising political process, system and environment are going between of both democracy and capitalism. And it is always natural that a capitalism always seen as a system of class exploitation. Therefore, oppressed people naturally be drawn to Marxist view of revolution or reformative process and this would carry out a fundamental transformation of society through a process of social reformation. Therefore the Liberal Democratic Council of Misingland was born and more especially in extreme circumstances its arm wing Misingland National Liberation Army was established on 16, Nov, 2009. (While since its establishment we have not started any military operations till date except political mobilization). The Misingland National Liberation Army is not simply established but is loaned and the condition of that loan is that the Misingland Army must prosper the Mising society, provide adequate security and protection. And avoid dictatorship and provide security is the promise and purpose of the Misingland National Liberation Army. The only hope for protection in a dangerous situation is to band together, to set up a powerful society or nation and to agree to be committed to its social authority and principle.
Following below are the few political philosophy and ‘DEED’ of Liberal Democratic Council of Misingland, LDCM;
1) The liberal democratic council of Misingland, LDCM do organized people to victory over social enemy by using to the full advantages of the liberalism and democratic system through mobilizing the people and the organizations for the struggle against the intrusion of corruption, corrupted bourgeoisies, against the mobbed and their gangsters and the evil power among the society uniting entire people and organizations and directing them to the task of routing the social enemy.
2) LDCM do consider their prime task to fight for the consideration of peace among the people, for gaining development and peace they do banns social evil, wicked ideas and wicked people from the life of society even they carry out action to prevent evil mobilization among the society.
3) LDCM always will fight untiringly battle to establish peace, prosperity and better relation between party and people based on the principle of equality, fraternity, non interference in internal affairs and peaceful coexistence between people with party and liberalism and democratic policy.
4) LDCM will never rejects the ideas of armed struggle against bourgeoisie, mobbed rule and the tyrant rule of the ruling class but on the contrary and will build up armed people for such a liberation battle.
5) The opportunist bourgeoisie have great economic and muscle power and is ready to use it as soon as the opportunity arises. Therefore, LDCM have always readymade disciplined armed force of itself for the defense.
6) The epoch of mobbed tradition of the Mising society cannot be crushed by other than military means. So that LDCM resort armed movement and knows how to defend the nation and themselves.
7) LDCM have way out to strengthen the defensive capacity of itself and the entire nation, its ideology to maintain it as a level of sufficient high totally to destroy any evil power who would dare to attack the ideology and thus the social process. LDCM therefore do everything to strengthen the defense capacity their ideology to redouble their economic, scientific, technical, moral, political and military potentials. Therefore LDCM take measure of provide the proletarian soldier with the latest equipment, the combat training and political battle, to develop social science and conditions.
8) LDCM strengthens the political and military unit of the party, which is expressing in their co-ordinate liberal policy, the co-ordination of plans the development of the defense efforts of the party and the education of the people.
9)LDCM consolidating the defensive and co-ordination of the revolutionary people, to exchanging experience in proletarian forces, development, training and educating the soldiers, training comrades and developing military tactical science.
10)To defend the society and promote the revolutionary process it is necessary to consolidate the world’s communist (Marxism) and socialist movement, strengthen the unity of the people and defense potential, utterly to smash ideologically and isolate the splitters renegades the national solidarity.
11) LDCM insistently to strengthen the cohesion of the world proletarian movement and progressive revolutionary parties. The constant growth of the economic and proletarian might of the liberal democratic system of the unity of proletarian soldiers, their greater vigilance against enemy schemes guarantee the security of liberal policy and people and their future victories over coercive authority.
12)When faced the necessity directly to rebuff the authority kind of imperialist and corrupted bourgeoisie attacks on proletarian workers of the society then the proletarian soldier use the rich experience of present and past that what we have been facing now and then. And have transforming the entire society into a single discipline. The LDCM direct their efforts to switch the economy and whole life of the society to military ideas, to make the masses aware of the great danger threatening the proletarian common people and their economy and to raise the moral of the people who are defending their independence and liberal democratic way of life.
13) Liberal Democratic Council of Misingland, LDCM attentively studies and generalizes the experience of the past political track unleashed by the corrupted bourgeoisie among the Mising society. So, LDCM use it to strengthen the defense of their proletarian society and to raise the combat efficiency and combat readiness of their armed soldier. Etc…
Some people are better suited to be ruled than to rule. In Mising society common ordinary people do not reason well and would therefore be unable to rule themselves. It is appreciate that the maximum Mising people should have to take the orders of the unauthorized authority and so that they actually then welcome the control of ‘mafia’ (mobbed rule) who would provide for them an order and purposeful life. Although, common people of the Mising society they are quite capable of rational deliberation but that they are not effective in applying reason to the process of living because they are overruled by their political ignorance and emotions. Therefore they need rational guidance of those unnecessary bosses. And thus Mising bosses (ranuj and his partner mangy dogs) treat common people as they conquered over them. Liberal Democratic Council of Misingland always have been being discourse since from the inception, to justify the political and economic structure of the Mising society which is based on tyrant democracy and is deeply embedded in Mising society today that its overthrown is unthinkable.
Liberal Democratic Council of Misingland always criticizes the dictatorial Mising politics and its authoritative intentions to increase their power and position on the ground that nevertheless, they actually undermine themselves, because they encourage similar traits among people who wants gain as much as power and influence as they can. Hence the mangy dogs (ranuj and his disciples) breed instability and discontent. Therefore Liberal democratic Council of Misingland, LDCM always and do encourage freedom and participation, where people are willing to serve in any party or politics to defend his/her own life and nation, on the basis that they feel they have a stake in it.
Liberal Democratic Council of MisinglandLDCM on the basis of consent based relationship with society (party and people), recognizing the idea among the people that ‘the rule of suppression can only be impose on the people for few long before they will want to rebel’. And that consent based approach represent the balance between the people and party (LDCM). The faithful dogs (grass root imbecile leaders) and their verminous Yankee bosses (ranuj and his partners), do not giving adequate political care and facilities to those hundreds of, thousands of people who are losing everyday their lives and health in poverty and hunger.
Why they are poisoning their lungs in corruption on the other hands most of the Mising people died of hunger and poor healthcare rapidly? When people ask them this question- then they says casually, I DON’T KNOW! Is that efficient leader who doesn’t know even having not ability to feel the suffering of people?
For such condition and circumstances Liberal Democratic Council of Misingland and its arm wing Misingland National Liberation Army stages struggle and pledged to fight for the national defense, security and protection of the proletarian Mising society. I on behalf of the Liberal Democratic Council of Misingland and its arm wing Misingland National Liberation Army also appeal our people to selflessly contribute LDCM and MISINGLAND ARMY for attainment of national liberation, also for the political and social changes on the basis of human dignity.
