'''[[:Image:PWI Index.jpg]]''' is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under [[Wikipedia:Fair use|fair use]] but there is no [[Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline|explanation or rationale]] as to why its use in '''this''' Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the [[Wikipedia:Image copyright tags/Fair use|boilerplate fair use template]], you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with [[WP:FU|fair use]].

Please go to [[:Image:PWI Index.jpg|the image description page]] and edit it to include a [[Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline |fair use rationale]]. Using one of the templates at [[Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline]] is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on [[Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion#Images.2FMedia|criteria for speedy deletion]]. Just minutes ago I found in this article a passage that read as follows:

==Fair use rationale for Image:FormulaPWI.jpg==
<math>

: i = 1 to N (number of thermocouples)
: j = 1 to M (number of statistics per thermocouple)
: measured_value [i,j] = the [i,j]th statistic's value
: average_limits [i,j] = the average of the [i,j]th high and low limits of the statistic
: range [i,j] = the [i,j]th high limit minus the low limit of the statistic

I changed it to say this:
----
: <math>
\text{PWI} = 100 \times \max_{i=1\dots N \atop j=1\dots M}
\left\{\left|
\frac{\text{measured value}_{[i,j]} - \text{average limits}_{[i,j]}} {\text{range}_{[i,j]}/2}
\right|\right\}
</math>

One lesson is that whatever it takes to get nominated to be a "Good Article", it doesn't required much attention to standard Wikipedia style conventions. Then I corrected two links in the opening section in which every word began with an incorrectly capitalized initial letter.
:
So now I'm wondering: why does every word in the title phrase begin with a capital letter? [[User:Michael Hardy|Michael Hardy]] ([[User talk:Michael Hardy|talk]]) 04:01, 26 December 2008 (UTC)

:Hi Michael, thank you for the fixes and article review. The text was in capitals because I had initially thought these were proper nouns – at least in some of the books I have with me, they were. Now that you mention it, I did verify them, and have changed these to lower case. Regards, [[User:Zithan|Zithan]] ([[User talk:Zithan|talk]]) 15:06, 26 December 2008 (UTC)

Hello. When I said "the title phrase", I meant the phrase that is the title of the article: '''Process Window Index'''. Why do those three words have capital initial letters? [[User:Michael Hardy|Michael Hardy]] ([[User talk:Michael Hardy|talk]]) 18:22, 26 December 2008 (UTC)
:Not sure. That's what the sources say. [[User:Zithan|Zithan]] ([[User talk:Zithan|talk]]) 18:37, 2 January 2009 (UTC)
