I believe the book breaks the history of club into five‑year sections. I think Leslie Hood should appear in the section from 1896–1900 (he played for the club until 1902) and probably features in the team photograph for those years. I think there are around twenty team photographs in the book so that might help locate the right section. There is also a separate section on the club's annual dinners, written by Mark Waters, where Hood may be mentioned (apparently, Hood was also involved in the club's administration).
