There should be a Boldface word saying Copyrighted, and then a bulletpoint of "ask us to review it". Now, you are taken to a new email, where you simply type out your case to Google Books on why the book is out of copyright, and then they add the full view online. I have done this twice, and both times I was correct in my argument and Google Books released the full view.
