== Usage ==
When a file on Wikipedia File namespace is marked for speedy deletion through {{tl|di-replaceable fairnon-free use}}, use this template to dispute the speedy deletion. A {{tldtlc|di-replaceable fairnon-free use}} is used to mark a non-free (copyright-protected) file as covering a subject for which a free file of the same type (image or otherwise) that adequately provides the same information might reasonably be found or created, or which could be adequately covered with text alone. In turn this template might be used to counter that claim by providing a valid reason.

The visual image of the artist Lotti Golden makes a statement that is germane to the music/ lyrics informed by the NYC counterculture of the late '60s, and there is no other image available of Lotti Golden in 1969. Lotti Golden, Joni Mitchell, Laura Nyro and Melanie are considered the first wave of the contemporary singer-songwriter, appearing in the Guardian Jan 17, 2017 https://www.theguardian.com/music/2017/jan/26/from-joni-mitchell-to-laura-marling-how-female-troubadours-changed-music It must be noted there are no images that can be subsituted for the one used in the info box. The licensed images of her such as File:Lotti Golden, Lower East Side c.1968.jpg was created prior to Golden's recording of "Motor-Cycle," and is useful in depicting her early life, however it does not depict her image at the time of the release of her recording "Motor-Cycle," (Atlantic Records) for which she is best known, and about which articles that discuss her work are written
