I've checked Newspapers.com and there's no article with that name between August 14-16 2013. However, I did find an article named Classes commence at Ankeny Centennial on August 16, 2013. This does fit with the timeline [https://www.desmoinesregister.com/story/news/local/waukee/2016/05/09/waukees-second-high-school-open-2021/84135184/ here] that it opened in August 2013. I think the online version was published a day before the hard copy [https://www.newspapers.com/image/113742841/ under a different name].
