In January 1932, the ''[[Townsville Daily Bulletin]]'', an Australian newspaper, reported an incident where a [[dairy cow]] was partially blown up and killeddied on a farm at Kennedy Creek (near [[Cardwell, Queensland|Cardwell]], [[North Queensland]]).
