== Implementation ==

The PDM ishas beingalways been implemented through a multi-sectoral approach involving various government ministries, departments, and agencies. The [[Ministry of Local Government (Uganda)|Ministry of Local Government]] in Uganda isas the lead agency responsible for coordinating the implementation of the PDM at the national level, whilewhereas the districts and parishes are responsible for the implementation at the local level.<ref name=":0" />
