*'''Oppose''' we should just build a new portal for SoftDev, and SoftEng is definitely a different topic altogether, and should '''not''' be renamed to that. Computer programming is just coding, SoftDev means addressing what is the focus of a project, why are you making such an application, what are the human-interface concerns.
