I'm drafting an article offline on Paul Creston's saxophone sonata (will transfer to my sandbox soon) and came across these references in multiple sources. I've tried to be as specific as possible with pages, etc., but cannot access the ToC for several of these. Priority is Hulsebos, Frigo and Sibbing, but any help is much appreciated.
