==Purpose==

This template is used to format an infobox at the top left of an article about a [[property development]], an area of land that is built up or renovated for residential, commercial and/or industrial use.

Examples include [[List of research parks|research parks]], [[:Category:Science parks|science parks]], [[List of technology centers|technology centers]], [[business park]]s, [[:Category:Industrial parks|industrial parks]], [[:Category:Power centers (retail)|power centers (retail)]], [[:Category:Shopping malls|shopping malls]], [[:Category:Mixed-use developments|mixed-use developments]], [[:Category:Gated communities|gated communities]], [[:Category:Housing estates|housing estates]], [[:Category:Retirement communities|retirement communities]] and other [[:Category:Planned residential developments|planned residential developments]].

The template formats information about the development project, the features of the development such as buildings, public spaces and so on, and the ___location.
