this article mentions the initial version as "23.2.0".

:With 23.2.0, the .2 is a "release update" version, which is basically a patch version. It's a little more than a normal patch, because sometimes they add new features in the release update. The last line in the main article does not appear to follow NPOV. Using words like 'fleecing' suggest underhand dealings by the company. :: Removed the last sentence in the "competition" section as totally POV. The rest of that section is questionable; it mentions mid-size markets but ignores large markets such as major corporations.
