DA Pamphlet 351-20351–20, The Army Correspondence Course Program Catalog, is a standardan Army publication. The catalog lists all correspondence courses developed and administered by the Army and select [[United States Department of Defense|Department of Defense]] activities. The [[Army Institute for Professional Development]] (AIPD) publishes a yearly revision of the catalog each October to update the ACCP curriculum and any procedural changes to the program. The entire ACCP curriculum and an electronic enrollment form are also listed at the [[Army Training Support Center’sCenter]]’s Web site. IfThe youACCP haveCatalog accessoffers totwo thetypes Armyof Trainingstudy: Requirementsindividual and Resources System (ATRRS), you can use it to access the catalog and as an alternative enrollment methodgroup.

AIPD's automated student record system limits students to one course enrollment, or to one course enrollment and a subcourse enrollment, at any one time. But, this limitation applies only to the courses and subcourses administered by AIPD. Each subcourse is awarded a specific number of credit hours, noted in ACCP Catalog Chapter 3 at the individual subcourse descriptions and usually included on the title page of a subcourse. The number of credit hours for any given subcourse is based on the estimated time required for a student to read the material and complete all practice exercises and the examination.
The ACCP Catalog offers two types of study: individual and group. Under individual study you may apply for a course enrollment or a subcourse enrollment. A subcourse enrollment consists of enrolling in a number of individual subcourses that do not necessarily configure a course. The ACCP Catalog lists a thorough description of group study.

There are several Army e Learning programs, a few of which are:

AIPD's automated student record system limits you to one course enrollment, or to one course enrollment and a subcourse enrollment, at any one time. But, this limitation applies only to the courses and subcourses administered by AIPD. The exceptions to this enrollment rule are listed below:
* DANTES – which stands for [[Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support]] and it provides personnel with educational opportunities that are both practical and compatible with life in the military. This form of long-distance learning is an innovative way to keep deployed troops alert, informed, and entertained by implementing satellite, video, and now even Podcast courses.http://army-e-learning.net/

==Subcourse Enrollments==

A subcourse enrollment is accomplished by applying for a list of your selected subcourses (up to 25 subcourses from those listed in ACCP Catalog Chapter 3). You receive and complete subcourses until you have exhausted your list, or you submit a new list of subcourses and continue your enrollment. AIPD's standard for a subcourse enrollment is that you must complete 30 credit hours or exhaust your subcourse list within one year. This year is referred to as your "enrollment year" and begins on the date your application is processed at AIPD's computers. Your enrollment notice , as well as any other notification you receive on an ATSC Form 157 during your enrollment, will have your enrollment year ending (EYE) date printed on it. Also check your personal enrollment information on your notice for discrepancies. This is the time to fix any errors in your name spelling, social security number, or school code.
