Milton Finley better known by his stage name 9Mil was born ( May 14 1985) in Waco Tx. The son of Doris and Milton Biggs, and the youngest of 6 children,

9Mill is an American hip hop recording artist brought up in a southern home were music has always been apart of his existence. As an inner city youth 9 Mill was a part of a young but up to speed of the street rap group known as the Baby Ballers. The group was made of all his H.A.D 2600 boys. The first chance they had at stardom was an audition for what would of been Bridging The Gap Records only in middle school they were the youngest groups to audition and with the hopes of making it big the idea of the lable feel through. With nothing to look forward to 9Mill strayed away from making music and fell into the ways of the streets. Year's later in 2015 he would finally pick up the ink pen once again and begin to put his life story in song. He than linked up with his cousin Mogiver founder of Dallas Paparazzi Life and began to record again. He released his first single (Dreams) in May of 2015. Now with Mogiver as his manager he would get his opportunity to work with legends such as platinum producer Phunk Dawg Exclusive known for hits such as (Aye Bay Bay) and (Lets Get Ratchet) , Tommy Granville Jr who was rewarded with a platinum plaque for his hard work on Lil Flip Urban Legend album. 9Mil has also work with the likes of Houston's own Lil KeKe The Don on 9Mil hit single titled Money Don't Make Me and also colab with Master P's No Limit Forever artist Gangsta and many more. Now with the street life behind him, he is ever more focused and moving forward in his career and trying to make his mark as one of the best artist to come out of the south.
