"How It Is (Wap Bap …)" was written by Dave Knight and Sam Sommer and composed by the latter. The production was undertaken by the film production company Chinzilla Films.<ref name="official">BibisBeautyPalace: {{YouTube|4gSOMba1UdM|Bibi H – How It Is (Wap Bap …) [Official Video]}}</ref>

Heinicke summarized the content of the song in her announcement video, saying that it was about the story of a person who, in spite of many negative events, should not give up.
