Algebraic functions: definition changed to agree with standard practice and Wikipedia itself (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Algebraic_function). Also internal consistency, under the prior definition rational functions are not algebraic, although they are listed as algebraic (correctly, under the standard definition).
