* 2003 : Born of [[Rock en Seine]], 2 scenes, 10 groups. It's a one day festival, the first edition take place in the really warm august 27th. Many people falls for overheat.
* 2004 : For the second edition, [[Rock en Seine]] become a tow day festival : two days, two time more groups and a better weather than 2003.
* 2005 : Third edition, three scenes and a campsite inside the festival, 46 000 spectators.
* 2006 : Fourth edition, larger campsite, one more mini scene, many side events, 57 000 spectators.
* 2007 : Fifty edition, extension to three days, even more groups.
== the site ==
The festival take place in the down of the Park of "Domaine national de [[Saint-Cloud]]", it's a magic and historic place at the gates of [[Paris]], and 5 minutes from the nearest subway station [[métro de Paris|métro]] [[Boulogne - Pont de Saint-Cloud (métro de Paris)|Boulogne - Pont de Saint-Cloud]].
The park and the garden, was design by [[Le Nôtre]] in the {{XVIIe century}}, and it's the first [[park]] to be class as [[Monument historique]] in [[1994]]. It's a 460 hectares park, gardens and forest with basins, thickets, cascades and statues.
