this substub about a Brazilian band was tagged for speedy deletion by [[User:Wetman]]. this user has created several similarly poorly-written, very short articles about Brazilian musicians tonight. they should probably all be deleted, or all kept as substubs tagged for cleanup. it's not clear to me which is the better course. so, i removed the speedy tag to put it up for vote.
