Marvin Hudson is a [[Major League Baseball]] [[umpire]] who began his Major League career in [[1999]]. Hudson was born on March 3, [[1964]] in [[Marietta]], [Georgia]. He graduated Marietta High School in [[1982]]. Hudson began his career as an umpire in 1992 for the Appalachian League, followed by the South Atlantic League in 1993, Florida State in 94 and the Hawaiian league in 95/96. He then umpired in the international league from 1997-1999 untill going to the majors in 1999.
