A midseason replacement is a television show that premieres in the second half of a television season usually between January and April. Midseason replacements usually take place after a show that was in the fall schedule was canceled or put on hiatus. Most midseason replacements get canceled just like the shows they replaced, while others get a second season or, better yet, last for a long time, such as The Simpsons and Married... with Children.

Keeping Up Appearances tables
Hi Mathew its Edito*Magic (also known as Chris C. Nichols)
I know you were one of the people who agreed with me on the discussion page that one neat table with all the Keeping Up Appearances specials together would look better than several separate tables per episodes, littered all over the page. I’m glad that you can see sense like I can. Hopefully we can make Updown see sense aswell. Please join in the debate further on the Wikipedia talk:Television episodes. Thanks!
