:Rationale was provided for fair use. Not sure why this page is being unduly targeted. It shouldn't be this difficult for someone to put a simple promo photo on a wikipedia page, especially when said photograph is sourced from the band's own booking agency and is obviously listed there as a promo photo! In addition, there are plenty of examples of other bands using promo photos on their pages, with varying amounts of information in the image description page.
